1. Information We Collect
When you request a fleet assessment or participate in a Loketi pilot, we collect the necessary operational details you provide: contact names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, fleet size bands, vehicle classifications, and primary route corridors.
2. Vehicle & Telematics Telemetry
During active pilot deployments, connected hardware transmits GNSS coordinates, timestamps, speed vectors, battery health metrics, and device diagnostics. This data is processed strictly for fleet operations, exception alerting, and corridor performance analysis.
3. Operational Confidentiality
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your fleet data, cargo manifests, customer details, or proprietary route schedules to third parties or advertising networks.
4. Data Retention & Security
Telemetry streams and assessment submissions are secured using industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and encrypted data storage at rest. Access is strictly restricted to authorized operations engineers.
